Winter Blues is out, Spring Blossom is in
Week 1:
To set new goals, you need to get a very accurate picture of where you are now.
Using the wellness journal provided, we identify areas that you are currently excelling in and areas that you want to work on.
We are going to be taking a look at ALL areas impacted by health: Relationships, Nutrition, Sleep, Fitness and more.
Be prepared to set your ego aside!
Week 2:
Start piecing together your goals by learning the basics of nutrition.
We all know the internet is filled with conflicting advice…
“Eat Oatmeal!”
“Carbs are bad, avoid them at all cost!”
“Oats lower your cholesterol.”
“Oats are poisoned!”
It’s hard to know which set of rules to follow.
Together we will tackle these questions and find solutions that work for you and your family dynamics;
with science-based answers.
NO arbitrary new habits to track
NO focus on weight or scale victories
Week 3:
You may have heard movement is good for you, but do you know why?
We will talk about bone health, blood sugar regulation, “boosting” your metabolism, and more.
Learn the benefits on a physiological level and which modalities of fitness are best for you!
I’m not like a regular fitness challenge, I’m a cool individualized-life changing wellness challenge.
Week 4:
The final week is all about shifting your mindset and addressing any barriers that have been brought to the surface thus far.
We have been spending three weeks digging into your health journey, and we want to address any wavering thoughts you may have now.
You will perfect your goals with specific action steps that are tailored to your life.
What story are you telling yourself?
